Rollercoaster
My hormone levels are a bit like a rollercoaster these days. I have to be careful when watching TV because little commercials like this one will pop up and the waterworks turn on!

Care Package
My good friend Danielle gave me a wonderful care package a few weeks ago. It contained some of my favorites like...
and...
She also gave me this devotional. I really like it for a few reasons: there is one devotional for each calendar day, the devotionals are precise and to the point, they are written from Jesus' point of view, and there is relevant scripture for each one. If you need something new, I definitely recommend it.

1 month
1 month ago today, I was in Labor & Delivery at Dallas Presby...
And then at 4:56pm, she came and my heart started beating (really beating) for the first time.
And then I ate ice-cream...and stayed up all night staring at her. Best. Day. Ever.
We have officially been a family of 4 for a whole month now. I love my little family of 4. Aren't they cute???
Boone sure does love his little sister and I'm certain that she will love him too -- once she figures out what exactly he is. I am so thankful that he is gentle with her and doesn't lick her (he doesn't lick anybody though). Every so often he will touch his nose to her nose. It's precious.
