Showers of Love

Since I was a little late in getting this blog started -- here are some pictures to re-cap the lovely baby showers that have been given for baby Caroline.

First up was the Abilene shower...

Madame Butterfly

Caroline is attending her first opera today...in utero. Along with a few other teachers & parents, I am taking the 6th graders to see Puccini's Madame Butterfly at the new Winspear Opera House.

I have been wishin' & hopin' that I would still be pregnant on this day so I wouldn't miss seeing it. I made it!

Mini Watermelon

According to BabyCenter.com, Caroline is now the size of a mini watermelon. Awesome. Now I'm hungry for watermelon...

Caroline Jane is supposed to make her arrival in 7 days. I really meant to start a blog earlier...oh, like 9 months ago. But, there's no time like the present, right? So welcome to Team Purser. I will be your narrator to the daily in's & out's of Jason, Jenni, Caroline, & Boone. I think pictures tell a much more interesting story than anything I could come up with so look forward to alot of those.
