about the breast milk--I never thought I would make it when I went back to work. I had a real open mind about it--if it worked it worked, if it didn't it didn't. It became easy super quick--my new "normal". I am so happy I did it 12 months! Advice--if you haven't bought a pump yet, get one! And get a good one--the medela double electric is worth the money for sure!!
